At Fashion Forward, we want you to love what you buy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return and refund process.


🛍️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are not accepted for innerwear, socks, or accessories due to hygiene reasons (unless defective).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Items without original tags or packaging

🔄 Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or wrong product was received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return safely.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
