🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
📦 Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
⏱️ Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Areas: 5–7 business days
- Delivery time may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather, or festive seasons.
💰 Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- For orders below ₹999:
- Standard shipping fee: ₹49 – ₹79, depending on your location and weight
📦 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on select pin codes.
- A small COD fee may be applicable, shown during checkout.
🔁 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your package in real time.
❌ Undeliverable Orders
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. We will contact you to re-confirm shipping details before reattempting delivery.
